The delivery fee is fixed: 19.90 lei anywhere in Romania , regardless of the order value, volume or weight of the package.

Showroom pickup

The personal pickup service from the Armorum showroom is available for the city of Sibiu, at the Vernice headquarters in Sibiu, Str. Calea surii Mici 68. Delivery to the showroom is free of charge.

If the products are not available in the showroom at the time you place your order, we will notify you by email or SMS when they are available for pickup. Once they arrive, the products are kept in the showroom for 4 days (starting from the day you receive the pickup notification).

For orders paid online, please have your ID with you when you pick up your products. For legal entities, a power of attorney from the company is also required.

VERNICE

-it is specially designed to increase adhesion and improve the planimetry of substrates where DESMOPOL waterproofing membranes will be applied or TECHNOCOAT .
-to be applied to porous substrates such as concrete, mortar or plywood surfaces
highly recommended as a bonding material on waterproofing membranes and repairs and overlays with polyurethane resins.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Translucent, single-component polyurethane-based resin.
It needs a flat, clean and dry surface, as hard as possible.
Can be applied on porous surfaces: concrete, cement and plywood
It can be diluted in low absorption substrates.
Depending on the condition of the surface to be treated, the unevenness or the level of the plane, the yield can vary between 100~200 g/m², in one or more thin layers. (do not apply thick layers).
In applications over old, existing layers of epoxy and PU paints or any smooth surface, consumption will be between 50-100 g/m².
It can be applied with a roller, brush or airless spray equipment.
It can be applied to surfaces with a maximum surface humidity of 5%.

It can be applied in combination with mineral particles ( Quartz sand ) on damaged surfaces or where extra grip is required.

APPLICATION METHOD
The surface must be clean and dry. If necessary, use a high-pressure water jet to remove any oil or grease residues, efflorescence or other contaminants, as well as cement dust.
In some cases, especially on self-leveling screeds, it will be necessary to use mechanical processes (sanding) or chemical processes (chemical blasting) for surface preparation. Wait until the cleaning water has completely evaporated or check the humidity of the substrate.
Apply one or more coats (depending on the substrate conditions) of PRIMER PU-1000 until you reach the desired layer thickness.

Wait until completely dry before applying the desired waterproofing or concrete protection system.
