The delivery fee is fixed: 19.90 lei anywhere in Romania , regardless of the order value, volume or weight of the package.
Showroom pickup
The personal pickup service from the Armorum showroom is available for the city of Sibiu, at the Vernice headquarters in Sibiu, Str. Calea surii Mici 68. Delivery to the showroom is free of charge.
If the products are not available in the showroom at the time you place your order, we will notify you by email or SMS when they are available for pickup. Once they arrive, the products are kept in the showroom for 4 days (starting from the day you receive the pickup notification).
For orders paid online, please have your ID with you when you pick up your products. For legal entities, a power of attorney from the company is also required.

Am cumparat niste pigmenti slabi calitativi , am stricat 15kg de rasina. Oamenii la inceput au vorbit foarte frumos. Luni in schimb cand era vorba ca rezolvam problema au inceput sa vorbeasca cam intepat sa gaseasca scuze sa imi ceara chestii pe care stiau ca nu au cum sa le primeasca ex ( un alt coleg imi ceruse poze cu sticlutele de pigmenti sambata , sticlutele erau goale. Luni alt coleg imi trimite adresa sa imi ceara ce a mai ramas din ele eu la telefon prima oara cand am vorbit specificand ca mesele nu se fac in bucuresti, omul cerandu mi sa merg din bucuresti in calarasi sa ii trimit 2 sticlute)
Dupa aceasta imi spune ca vorbesc agresiv doar din cauza faptului ca i am spus credeam ca sunteti seriosi, in conditia in care din cauza ne seriozitatii firmei eu am facut o gaura de aproape 500 de euro. Iar acum nu mai dau de nimeni nu raspunde la telefon, cea mai clasica chestie. Am sa las si o poza cu masa si cu cele 2 culori.
